Which countries do you deliver to?
Hanabooktopia use the Indonesia Post/DHL to ship the book to you.
Unfortunately Indonesia post office currently does not accept package that ship to Afghanistan, Antigua & Barbuda, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Cuba, India, Iraq, Iran (Islamic Rep.), Korea (Dem People’s Rep Of) / (North Korea), Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya (State Of.), Macao, St Pierre & Miquelon, Netherlands Antilles, Pitcairn Islands, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tristan Da Cunha, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste (Dem. Rep.), South Africa, and Zaire.
And for Brazil, we need your CPF (The Cadastro de Pessoas Fisicas) number. It is requirement from Indonesia custom. Please email us your CPF number to firstname.lastname@example.org after you have put your order.
For United Kingdom, Unfortunately, due to the new Brexit import taxes that were implemented on January 1st, 2021, we no longer ship to the United Kingdom.
Another way to find out whether We ship to your country or not: If after entering your delivery address and selecting your country, the shipping price does not show up, it means we can not ship the book to you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
What payment method can I use?
We only accept Paypal, all major credit and debit card via Paypal and it will charge you in USD (US Dollar).
How much the shipping cost?
The price is vary per country but usually it is around $45-$80 dollar per kg, and the accurate amount of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that the shipping price is consist of shipping price plus handling fee.
Please also be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order.
The cost of international shipping through my shop does not cover import VAT charges, which is a separate payment you will need to pay your delivery service.
Orders cannot be refunded if you fail to pay import fees that allow your package to arrive safely to you
Why do you ask telephone number?
a valid telephone number is required since Indonesia Post Office and DHL ask for it, and the telephone number will not be used for any other purpose other than to fill shipping form and custom declaration form.
How can I track my package?

if we send your package using DHL, you can track the package on https://www.dhl.com/id-en/home/tracking.html?locale=true or https://www.17track.net/en
The tracking info will appear within 24-48 hours approximately after the tracking number has been given.
We will ship your order within 3-14 business days (Monday-Friday) using Indonesia Post/DHL. We will inform shipping tracking number to you, so you can check your package status.
International deliveries will arrive in about 2-5 weeks via Indonesia Post International/DHL.
IMPORTANT: HANABOOKTOPIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure that your orders are handed to the courier safely and in good condition, but once it is in the courier, whatever happens to the package is out of our hands.
